Elizabeth K. Griffith, Executive Director
Elizabeth K. Griffith was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. She is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College where she received her Bachelors degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. After college, Ms. Griffith continued her education by pursuing a Masters in Public Administration. She obtained her Masters from Western Kentucky University where she was also named the 2016 Outstanding Student for the MPA in Public Administration.
She is a member of Impact 100 Owensboro and serves on the board of Impact 100 Next Generation, a grant-making initiative for young women in the Owensboro Community. She serves on the board of directors for the Kentucky Arts Council, is a member of the Junior League of Owensboro, is involved in Chamber Young Professionals, and is a 2017 Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 honoree. Griffith is keenly interested in working with our young people to become productive citizens by embodying the principles by which Senator Ford operated: civil discourse, cooperation, and compromise.
